Portsmouth International 1999 was a bank holiday weekend
event, over three days. At this event we started to play with different
ways of putting the kite together - as well as the classic method used at
Hengisbury Head.
This was also where we met a few new friends, some of whom went
off to make there own Bell Tetrahedrons.
