Cut a 32.5" by 1/4" spar in half.

Cut about 4 feet of 3mm line put a figure eight knot in the middle.

Thread each half of the handle on to the line so they meet at the figure eight knot.

Tie an overhand knot at each end to keep the half-handle from sliding off the line.

Thread a vinyl end cap on each end with a needle.

Tie an overhand knot after the end cap to larkshead the flying line to and trim to length.

Repeat for the other handle.

Takes less than an hour to make the Chopstick Handles.
