Hummer

Hummer is a simbol of Edo kite. It is attached at the top of kite and generates lively sounds in the blue sky.
Hummer is fandamentally made from glass fiber rods or fishing rods. The fishing rod is easy to obtain and has enough strength and bowing feature.
Fishing rod is suitable to hummer. Prepare two rods of same dimension, and connect them with wooden core so that it can be disjointed in the case of handling.
Diameter of center position is about 20mm and the diameter of the both end is about 15mm. AT the end of hummer wooden core is inserted for secure "Koma" to fix the hummer tape.
