Washi(Japanese Paper)

Before painting on the sale, reinforcement process with cloth is needed.

Step1: Paste a standard size (600mm x 900mm) of Washi(Japanese paper) so as to be the size of 1600mm x 1000mm. Space for paste should be more than 10mm.

Step2: Place a sheet of cloth with paste on the paper located on the hard wood plate.

Step3: Add a press force to cloth sheet with an iron, and paste the cloth sheet to the paper with iron heat and press force.

Step4: And then reinforcement of Washi (Japanese paper) is completed.
